Michael Yip: Budapest chess news
Michael Yip came to Hungary in 2009 to play some chess. Before he worked as an English teacher in China, a chess teacher and an accountant in Canada.
Budapest Chess News was created around August 2011 from the monthly Chessbase letter and file to his friends. He added more and more games from events in Hungary and games by Hungarian players to keep his friends informed about his Hungarian chess adventure.
Michael now plays for the Rakosliget team and plays in as many tournaments as possible. Between tournaments, he studies chess as much as possible and wants to learn a bit of Hungarian.
